How to Get Rid of Clogged Pores
Clogged pores, a.k.a. blackheads, are a hassle no matter if you're a woman or man. Their existence on our nose, back, chin, and forehead is a constant reminder that we're not taking proper skin care. We live in a fast-paced world where, everywhere we go, there's always something to do. Whether it's work or home, there never seems enough time to spend on ourselves. And that could be the main reason why your skin is reacting in this manner. Taking a lot of stress, tension, not eating healthy meals, lack of exercise, and to top it all, pollution in our environment, all work in unison to give us pores that are clogged. Knowing the correct steps to be rid of clogged pores and keeping them so is the key here.
Proper facial skin care is essential and that's what we are going to discuss in our article today. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on various skin care products and trips to your dermatologist, why not give natural skin care treatment a try. It's safe, easy to follow, doesn't cost you much, and can be done from the comforts of your own home. All you have to do is follow the tips and instructions enlisted below, religiously. Just by doing them once would not help you in getting rid of clogged-up pores on nose.
Use Natural Methods to Open Clogged Pores
In this section, we will be discussing various techniques to help you get rid of clogged pores of face. In order to keep your skin free of unsightly blackheads and acne (common causes due to clogged pores), implement the daily skin care routine. Depending on your skin type and how clogged your pores really are, you can easily find the best way to get rid of clogged-up pores.
Tip 1 - When you wake up in the morning and come back home from outside, rush to the bathroom, and clean your face. If you have makeup on, first clean it with an alcohol-free toner properly. Then, wet your face, take a mild cleanser, and clean your face; move the tips of your fingers in a circular motion. This way, you can easily remove sweat and dirt off your face and unclog your pores.
Tip 2 - If you are concerned about your pores on the nose, then you need to use pore strips. If you don't wish to spend a lot of money on store-bought strips, then you can make homemade pore strips as well. It's not really difficult to make your own pore strips. Just click on the links and get the recipe instantly.
Tip 3 - Next come the homemade cleansers. These cleansers can be made with few simple ingredients found in your kitchen. Make a buttermilk and salt paste and apply over your face. Let it settle for 10 minutes and wash with lukewarm water. Another cleanser you can make is a paste of cream and honey. This goes directly on the pores for 20 minutes and then wash it under cold water. Use these cleansers at least 3-4 times a week.
Tip 4 - You need to exfoliate face to ensure there isn't any dirt, oil, or pollution stuck to your skin. Sometimes, our face may look clean, but in reality it really isn't. So clean your face with an alcohol-free toner, place your face over the steaming machine, and let your face exfoliate. Your pores will open up automatically.
Tip 5 - As the final tip, the use of face masks is also important. You can make homemade face masks to help reduce pores size and blackheads. A simple recipe is by mixing equal parts of honey and brown sugar with few drops of olive oil. Massage this paste over your face in circular motion for 5 minutes and wash your face. This mask will make your skin glow and keep it fresh.
Well, these were the tips and instructions on getting clean and clear pores. Remember, don't just follow these methods once and think that your skin will get back to normal. Also, drinking decent amounts of water (as per your weight), exercise, healthy diet plan, and adequate sleep are also important in getting rid of nose pores.
