Choosing And Applying Eye Shadow: These days, eye shadow is available in myriads of beautiful colors in the form of creams, powders, and glittery dust. Eye shadow is used to highlight the eyes. The shadow should be chosen according to the occasion, the time of day, the tone of your skin, the color of your hair, and, of course, the color of your eyes. For example, if it is an evening party you are dressing up for, you can afford to be more dramatic, using deep purple or pink shades, with silver/gold shimmering highlights.
