Anti-Aging Vitamins

Vitamin C

It prevents the excessive or cancerous growth of the cells, thereby reduces aging. Hence, you will largely have to rely on the supplements of vitamin C or incorporate vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is the most beneficial vitamin for reducing the visible signs of aging. It protects the cell membranes and improves the function of enzymes, that are associated with them. Vitamin E also nullifies the effects of free radicals and thus prevents the damage caused by them. Vitamin E can be easily formulated in the topical anti wrinkle skin care products and provides best possible anti-aging effects. The daily intake of 400mg of vitamin E improves the texture of the skin, reduces wrinkles and damage due to sun exposure.

Vitamin K
Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin and is greatly useful in curing the bone related disorders, which result out of aging. It also reduces heart and blood vessels related ailments. Vitamin K supplements are effective in curing the disorders such as,

  • Arteriosclerosis
  • Osteoporosis
Anti-aging vitamins are definitely effective in delaying the aging process. However, they must be consumed in the right form only. Effectiveness of topical application of some anti-aging vitamins and minerals is still a questionable issue. However, incorporating these vitamins in your daily diet is the best method of consuming these vitamins. Additionally, you can also opt for commercial vitamin supplements, considering the increased requirement of your body for these vitamins.
